Eviction Management

Because tenant screening is such a high priority for us, evictions are very rare.

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will represent the case in court and we have you covered from initial court filings to the actual eviction. Under our white glove package, our court representation costs and up to 6 weeks of unpaid rent protection is included, 2 exclusive protections at DPM.
